“Green” light for our site in Mainz Sensitec goes green

Since 2015 Sensitec Mainz uses 100 per cent green power supplied by its energy supplier ENTEGA and in so doing demonstrates its commitment for the environment.100 per cent of the green power originate from hydro power made in Germany. ENTEGA attests the high quality of the supplied renewable energy by appropriate quality certificates.   

„Considering the progressive global climatic change the decision to use green power was not as difficult for us“, explains Dr. Rolf Slatter, Managing Partner of Sensitec.

As a result of the change to green power in Mainz Sensitec will avoid the emission of about 4,110 tons of the climate-damaging gas carbon dioxide per year. This is a measurable contribution to climate protection.
