Linking innovators – is the network and representative of the key sensor and measurement industry since 1981. With its detailed industry directory it provides a comprehensive overview of the products and services offered by its 450 members in industry, research, and science. The AMA cultivates an innovation dialog with all participants of the innovation process at the leading trade fair SENSOR+TEST, at community stands of important leading trade fairs in Germany and abroad and at the scientific congress SMSI 2020.
The specialist trade fair SENSOR+TEST with accompanying congresses in Nuremberg is now recognized worldwide as a leading forum for sensor, measurement and testing technology. From micro-sensors to complex testing facilities, from ready-to-use components to individual services, the SENSOR+TEST stands for the entire range of measurement system expertise. As a member of the trade fair advisory board, we ensure that the expectations of the exhibitors and the trade visitors are met wherever possible.
Microsystems technology (MST) is an innovative new industry. The Rhine-Main region is home to various different organizations and commercial enterprises that are working on MST. MST is a network of excellence focusing on the topic of microsystems technology, which promotes cooperation between companies and research institutes in MST. The purpose of the association is the promotion of science and research in the application field of microsystems technology, with the particular consideration of conditions and needs in the Rhine-Main region.
The magnetic micro-systems innovation platform, allows companies and institutions, who offer products or services in the field of magnetic micro-systems and so have specific know-how in this area, to present themselves. The purpose of the association is the targeted promotion and distribution of applications for magnetic micro- and nanotechnology, which offer a wide range of applications in different industrial sectors, particularly using microsystems technology and in combination with microcircuitry. The association also aims to promote the application and distribution of these technologies in consultation with research and business, in order to make the innovation potential of these technologies useful in science and business.
The Commercial Vehicle Cluster represents a currently unique opportunity for the sector to develop its profile. The CV Cluster in South-West Germany is a communication platform for all stakeholders who are already involved in the conceptualization, development, production, service and the operation of commercial vehicles, or those who wish to do so in future. The CV Cluster represents a cooperation platform between manufacturers, suppliers, outfitters, service providers, qualifiers and researchers as well as with politics.
Sensitec is a member of the ECPE (European Center for Power Electronics) network based in Erlangen. Leading companies in the field of power electronics got together in 2003 to advance research, further education and technology transfer in this area. The aim is to demonstrate the importance of power electronics to the public in order to increase acceptance by political decision-makers and to encourage students to embark upon a career in this field.
