New CFO at Sensitec Mr. Jun Lei has been heading the finance division of Sensitec GmbH since 01.01.2022

New CFO at Sensitec

The innovative company in magnetoresistive sensor technology and the development and production of magnetic microsystems with locations in Wetzlar and Mainz welcomes the 47-year-old Jun Lei as a new member of the executive board with primary responsibility for finance as of January 1st , 2022.

Lei completed his first degree in China and started his professional career in 1994. 22 years ago he came to Germany and completed his second degree in business administration with a focus on banking and finance.

He worked in the consumer goods sector and in industrial companies, among others. For eighteen years he held key positions in the financial sector of major international banks. This was followed by domestic and international assignments at management level for medium-sized and multinational companies, where he was responsible for the sales and risk management business areas.

Lei explains, "Our company is strong and we will prove our resilience in the current crisis. We, as part of the Sinomags Group, have a clear strategic direction together: our vision remains relevant in the future: We want to become the pioneer and market leader in our industry! We will focus on our goals: expanding even deeper customer relationships and increasing production capacity, as well as promoting innovation in the area of R&D. These are all points that are important to me."

Sensitec stood for high-precision sensor technology for more than 20 years. Originally emerging from a research institute, the company has now established itself worldwide as a supplier of MR-sensors and systems for demanding measurement tasks.

Founded in 1999 in Lahnau, Sensitec became a part of the international technology group Körber in 2013. With its wafer factory at the Mainz site, Sensitec is one of the specialized suppliers of magnetoresistive sensors and solutions for customers of demanding measurement tasks, among others in automation, the automotive sector and drive technology. Since 28.09.2021, the internationally actingsensor manufacturer Sinomags Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. based in Ningbo/China is the sole owner of Sensitec GmbH.
