But we at Sensitec are not satisfied with that alone. Sensitec's quality standards apply to all processes in the company, from product development, which we define together with our customers, to on-time delivery and competent customer service. All aspects of our customer-supplier relationship are subject to the uniform goal of fulfilling the needs of our customers. By introducing a QM system and defining our business processes, we have ensured that all processes in our company are continuously reviewed and thus subject to constant improvement. In order to guarantee the extremely strict technical specifications in terms of product quality and productivity, particularly in the automotive industry, Sensitec has been certified in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, which defines the quality management standard for suppliers to the automotive industry.<\/p><a class=\"it-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sensitec.com\/en\/certificates\/\">Our certificates<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"imagetext switch\"><div class=\"img-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"animate\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensitec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/uebersensitec_sensitec_qualifikation.jpg\" \/><\/div><div class=\"text-container\"><div class=\"content\"><h3>Qualification<\/h3><p class=\"subtitle\">Robust and reliable<\/p><p class=\"text\">Our products work reliably under the harshest environmental conditions known to us: whether in a 10 km deep oil well at 200 \u00b0C and 1000 bar of overpressure, or on the cold surface of Mars, 100 million km from Earth. They serve as key elements in safety-critical applications, such as in automotive steering systems.  These applications define our demands on the robustness and reliability of our products. This is why we subject our products to intensive qualification tests. In addition to our extensive range of magnetic and electrical test instruments, we also operate a test laboratory with numerous environmental testing options, such as climate chambers, HAST (highly accelerated stress test) and PCT (pressure cooker test). We use mathematical modelling and simulation to determine the technological failure mechanisms and ageing factors. This allows us to continuously develop and refine our test procedures. Only satisfied customers ensure our success and the continued existence of our company.
