- Highly dynamic response
Application examples
The CAS5000 in the THT housing and unipolar 5 V voltage supply is ideally suited for low-noise measurement tasks due to the particularly high output voltages, such as:
- Variable frequency converters
- Direct-current dynamo
- Solar inverters
- Switched mode power supplies
- Uninterruptible power supply
- DC/DC converters
General information MagnetoResistive current sensors
The CAS5000 current sensor family was designed for highly dynamic, electronic measurement of alternating and direct currents and also offers a safe isolation of the measurement signal and the evaluation circuit.
The CAS5000 current sensor family are based on TMR sensor technology and use the closed loop principle.
The sensors are designed for PCB mounting for a rated current range of 15 A to 75 A and are ideally suited for measurement tasks in the field of power electronics.

CAS5000 family
The sensors primarily differ in the different current ranges. There are two different types – one type without reference voltage and a version with a additional reference voltage.
The current sensors are perfectly calibrated to the usage current range during production.
