- extended ambient temperatur range -40 °C to +125 °C
Product variants
This product family has two sensor variations for you to choose from.
- KTM1901 with omnipolar detection range
- KTM1911 with south-pole detection range
Application examples
Suitable for different switching applications e.g.:
- non.contact end-point detection
- water-, electric- or gas-meters
- switch detection for laptops
General information
The sensors of the KTM19x1 sensor family are magnetic sensors with integrated tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) and CMOS technology for use in industrial and consumer switch applications. The temperature compensation circuitry improves stability of magnetic switch points over the whole operating range.
The sensors have a wide operating voltage range (1.8 V up to 5.5 V) and a wide operating temperature
range up to +125 °C.
The sensor output is equipped with a push-pull stage and provides a high output frequency with a very low average power consumption.
The KTM19x1 sensors are available in SOT23-3L packages.
