Flexible working hours We take into account the work-life balance and the biorhythm of our employees

Work-life balance and biorhythm are just two reasons why many people consider flexible working hours to be increasingly important. 

There is a particularly strong desire for more control over time among the working population, who want to better reconcile family and work. In addition to the existing occupational health and safety, back classes and extensive sport and relaxation offers provided by the Körber Automation Academy, we have initiated numerous other measures for our employees. Our trainees and our senior staff receive training in special courses. We offer our employees health and water days at almost all of our sites as well as regular consultation hours with our occupational doctor and many other courses relating to health. Furthermore, our employees can participate in a course to help them quit smoking or they can obtain support in matters of healthy nutrition.

We regularly inform employees about daily business, the births of employees’ children as well as employees’ weddings and birthdays.
In our restaurant we pay attention to healthy and varied menus and a relaxing atmosphere.
We are also aware of our social responsibility outside our company. We organize projects in schools and give young people the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with electronic circuits.
