Quality is our benchmark

Product quality can be tested. But at Sensitec, we are not satisfied with that alone. Sensitec’s commitment to quality extends to all processes within the company, from product development—which we define together with our customers—to on-time delivery and expert customer service. Every aspect of our customer-supplier relationship is guided by the common goal of meeting our customers’ needs. By implementing a quality management system and defining our business processes, we have ensured that all processes within our company are continuously reviewed and thus subject to ongoing improvement. To ensure compliance with the extremely stringent technical specifications regarding product quality and productivity—particularly in the automotive industry—Sensitec has received certification in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, which establishes the quality management standard for suppliers to the automotive industry..

Our products operate reliably under the harshest environmental conditions known to us: Whether in an oil well 10 km deep at 200 °C and 1,000 bar of overpressure, or on the cold surface of Mars, 100 million km from Earth. They serve as key components in safety-critical applications, such as automotive steering systems. These applications define our standards for the robustness and reliability of our products. That is why we subject our products to intensive qualification tests. In addition to our extensive range of magnetic and electrical testing equipment, we operate a test laboratory with numerous facilities for simulating environmental influences, such as climate chambers, HAST (highly accelerated stress test), and PCT (pressure cooker test). Using mathematical modeling and simulation, we identify technology-related failure mechanisms and aging factors. This allows us to continuously develop and refine our testing procedures. Only satisfied customers ensure our success and the continued existence of our company. They are therefore at the center of everything we do.
